It can be very overwhelming to look at the Stampin’ Up© catalogs and wonder where to start. There are 2 different ways to get started. Think about how often you want to make cards, then read the 2 ways below:
Thought #1 – You want to make cards but are not overly creative or you just want to be able to pull out something, make a card quick and put everything away. If this is you, then purchasing a kit or subscribing to Paper Pumpkin is the way to go.
You choose a kit from my online store and it gets shipped directly to you. They range from $12-$25 depending on whether or not that kit has ink & stamps or just die-cut sentiments. In each kit are all the supplies you need to create between 8-12 items (some are not cards), this includes step-by-step instructions, adhesives & embellishments to finish off your projects.
Paper Pumpkin is very similar to a kit, but only the theme and a few details are revealed during the ordering month. The Paper Pumpkin kit is shipped directly to you around the 11th of the month. The cost is $23.50/month (a bit cheaper if you do a prepaid subscription). The prepaid subscription is purchased from my online store, various options are available. The month-to-month subscription is purchased on the Paper Pumpkin site through this link: Paper Pumpkin. If you do not car for the kit or don’t have time that month, through your account you can skip the month. In each kit are all the supplies you need to create between 8-12 items (some are not cards), this includes step-by-step instructions, adhesives & embellishments to finish off your projects.
Thought #2 – You want to create your own unique cards but are overwhelmed by where to start…well, start with Simple Stamping. This begins with cardstock, ink & stamps, it’s that easy! Below are suggested items to begin your adventure:Product List
